This agreement is between U Autopathy Internate Hospital and the Consultant.
RoleThe consultant will provide counselling/wellness services as an independent professional.
Nature of WorkThis is a freelance/consultant role, not a full-time employment.
PaymentConsultants will be paid based on sessions conducted, as per agreed revenue sharing.
ConfidentialityThe consultant must maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Non-CircumventionThe consultant shall not directly engage with platform clients outside the platform.
TerminationEither party may terminate this agreement with notice.
ComplianceThe consultant must follow all ethical and professional standards.
